As President of DMS Services Group, I bring more than a decade of experience supporting Department of Defense missions across CONUS and OCONUS environments. Based in Tampa, Florida—home to CENTCOM, SOCOM, and MARSOC—I lead the delivery of trusted, mission-focused solutions that support critical defense objectives.

I maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance and have achieved the highest levels of Tier II certification in my field. Throughout my career, I have supported complex, mission-critical operations and collaborated closely with Commanding General communications teams, earning a reputation for professionalism, adaptability, and performance in high-pressure environments.

My academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology with a minor in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Psychology Education. A Cum Laude graduate, I combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of leadership and human performance.

My name is Sheena Ward, and I bring over 15 years of experience supporting Department of Defense operations in communications, electronics, and systems integration across both CONUS and OCONUS environments. Throughout my career, I have specialized in RF systems, SATCOM, antenna installation, C5ISR integration, and technical field support in complex and mission-critical environments.

My background includes hands-on experience installing, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining communication systems that directly support operational readiness and mission success. I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams in austere and high-tempo environments, where adaptability, precision, and reliability are critical.

As the CEO with DMS Services Group, I am committed to delivering dependable, mission-focused solutions while building strong partnerships and creating opportunities for skilled professionals. My passion is combining technical excellence with strong leadership to support government and defense partners with professionalism, integrity, and results.

Victor Gonzalez-Vivez is a highly accomplished professional with more than 17 years of experience supporting government contracting, engineering operations, and business development initiatives. Since entering the contracting field in 2008, he has built a diverse career that spans multiple industries, including plumbing, heavy equipment maintenance, telecommunications, and information technology.

Currently serving as a Senior SVTC Engineer in Iraq since 2020, Victor provides leadership and technical expertise in support of mission-critical communication and video teleconferencing systems. His ability to manage complex projects, troubleshoot technical challenges, and lead teams in demanding environments has earned him a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and operational excellence.

In addition to his technical career, Victor is a successful entrepreneur and business owner. He is the founder of Vivez Estates Realtor and a Graphic Design company, where he combines innovation, customer service, and strategic planning to help clients achieve their goals. As part of his long-term vision for growth, he is currently establishing a holding company to expand his business portfolio and create new investment opportunities.
